Will you really research products for me?

Absolutely! Just give us a basic idea of what you are looking for or trying to achieve and we'll take the ball and run with it from there. We will get you back comprehensive information, ideas and solutions to your requirements. And we are happy to do it and communicate with you. Will you visit with me in person to review my requirements?

If we are going to be your promotional products source and supplier we will absolutely visit with you. We can also communicate with you via a webinar if that is convenient. Just contact us and we will work out all the details.

How do I place an order?

I do not like to use the internet, email, or fax - can I just call you and tell you what I'm looking for?

You mean you would prefer to just give us a call and talk to a live person! We would love and welcome the opportunity to talk with you in person and do business that way. We still believe and have a high respect for the personal touch and would love to hear from you. And don't worry, if you happen to get our voice mail we will absolutely get right back to you!

Are there any minimum order requirements on promotional items?

Typically on promotional items there are minimum order quantities which you can find in our product listings on our website. A good idea would be to give us a call or email and let us know what quantity you are looking for and we'll get you a definitive answer. We'll also step outside the box in trying to meet your minimum requirements.

Will you make me just one custom t-shirt?

Sure will.

What is a quick, cost effective, easy way to get a customized t-shirt in a not so big quantity?

One quick easy way is to use transfer paper and a heat press on a light colored shirt (light gray or white). BAR Marketing does a lot of this in-house and will create a basic design for you which can be ready to ship within a day or two. And the price will be pretty darn good too. Again, just contact us with your details.

What are acceptable formats for artwork?

In most cases, artwork files should be in a vector ".eps" format � most commonly created in Adobe Illustrator. All images should be converted to curves. If artwork is more than one color you need to put each in a different layer and all colors should be included in the note section. Also, if you save a bitmap file as an .eps file it does not make it a "vector" file. If you save a .tiff, .bmp or .jpg file as an .eps file, it won't make it a true workable .eps file and more than likely, it will not be suitable for imprinting. Bottom line is if you need help creating artwork just talk to us and we'll help.

What artwork is considered ready for production and will not incur other fees?

This will be artwork in a vector .eps file where all outlines and text are converted to curves (paths).

Will I see a proof of my artwork first?

You sure will, and we will require you to sign-off on the artwork.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are due upon delivery. Of course if it is a custom imprint order, prepayment of 50% is required. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. We accept business checks, cashier's checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. We are also open to other credit terms like cash discounts, which, if you are interested, you can contact us to review.

How are my orders shipped?

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service. All orders are F.O.B. Factory (Point of Shipment) and all shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice unless noted prior to order. In the extremely rare case that any merchandise is damaged, destroyed or lost, you will be responsible to contact the carrier directly for filing and claims as you are title (i.e. ownership) of the merchandise.

What is this �no negativity zone�?

This is our saying and brand of products, predominantly t-shirts but growing, which promotes the positive side of life and having a positive attitude. Locking out the negativity. Most are branded with the slogan "you have entered the no negativity zone". They are all messages promoting the positive side. Ask us for more information if you are interested in wiping out all the negativity and promoting the positive side in your company, school, organization or self.
